As AI reshapes asset and wealth management, Jay Solutions argues that the real breakthrough lies not in faster answers, but in understanding the complete wealth picture and the context behind it.

STOCKHOLM / HELSINKI, 30 September 2026 – The asset and wealth management industry is racing to adopt AI. But faster answers will not lead to better decisions if they are based on fragmented information.

Today, Nordic wealth technology company Jay Solutions launches a new generation of its asset and wealth management platform, introducing Raymond, an AI companion built directly into it. The launch reflects the company’s view that the real potential of AI lies not in analyzing individual portfolios, accounts or asset classes faster, but in understanding how investments connect across the entire wealth picture.

For more than a decade, Jay Solutions has brought together asset and wealth data spread across institutions, portfolios, asset classes and ownership structures. The new platform builds on that foundation, bringing this connected data and its context into an experience where asset owners and investment professionals can explore their data, identify what matters and make more informed decisions.

“AI will not fundamentally change asset and wealth management if we simply use it to analyze the same fragmented information faster,” says Jani Laitinen, Founder and Head of Product at Jay Solutions. “The real opportunity is to understand how everything connects and what a decision in one part of a portfolio means for the whole.”

With Raymond, users can ask questions about assets, portfolios, performance, risk and liquidity using the asset and wealth data available to them in the platform. Raymond operates within a secure environment and established data permissions, so its responses reflect the information each user is authorized to access. It can also proactively surface relevant insights, helping users identify what needs attention before they even have to ask.

The benefits of a connected approach are already visible among their existing customers. According to Jay Solutions, wealth management professionals using its technology have reduced time spent on data collection, reporting and meeting preparation by approximately 30 percent. That gives professionals more time to manage investments, analyze risks, guide clients and build relationships.

“Investment and wealth management professionals should be spending their time managing investments, evaluating opportunities and advising clients, not piecing together information from different sources,” says Erik Andersson, CEO of Jay Solutions. “AI applied to fragmented data can simply get you to an incomplete answer faster. The advantage comes from seeing the whole picture and turning it into relevant insights. That is what improves the quality of every decision that follows.”

With the launch of its new platform and Raymond, Jay Solutions is putting that principle into practice.
